How it works

Customers order your product via the Jump The Line website

Jump The Line delivery driver will pick up order in a safe and timely manner.

Delivery will be placed on doorstep for contactless delivery. Customers will receive a text or phone call from Jump The Line letting them know their order has arrived.

Once finalized and paid, the order will come to your place of business via email. You will then accept the order and prepare it for pick up.

Once transaction is completed Jump The Line will offer the customer the option of doing a survey to tell us how we did.

Vendor Costs

Low Initial set-up fee; Includes advertising, website setup with your products and pricing

We provide a weekly statement of earnings & weekly deposit to your bank account

Vendors will pay a commission fee to Jump

Live website to follow where you can update your own products on the Jump website

We only charge commission on the orders that come through the Jump The Line website. There is no cost if no one orders

App to follow, which we will then provided a tablet/IPad to you free of charge with credit card on file for damage deposit

Jump team members will deal with any client complaints. Jump will communicate with the business as to what the best solution would be for our customers

No major investments on our vendors end (You don’t have to have your own website or app)
