Jump The Line is a delivery service dedicated to serving Morinville and surrounding areas, delivering anything and everything.
We operate out of Morinville, AB to a 27km delivery radius that includes Cardiff, all of Sturgeon County, Alcomdale, Legal, Bon Accord, Gibbons, Namao, Riviere Qui Barre, Alexander 134, Edmonton Garrison.
Currently being developed and you will receive notification via newsletter once the app is live, if you have given Jump permission to send you electronic communications.
If you can not find the business you would like to order through you can send a recommendation through the website! We are working really hard at getting lots of different businesses to partner with Jump. The more recommendations we get for a specific business, will hopefully entice business owners to Jump on board as a partner.
Placing an Order
Check out our How It Works tab. Place your order via the website and soon to come our APP. You can create an account to track your orders and save personal information.
You will be able to view this in your personalized dashboard and you will receive an email confirming your order has been accepted.
You will receive notification that the order was not accepted/ cancelled and no payment will be taken. If pre-authorized on your credit card, payment will be released or refunded.
Not as of right now. You will receive notification that your order has been accepted, picked up and delivered to your door. Once the app is live, you will be able to track your order on a map.

You can leave recommendations on the website for business you would like to see partner up with Jump The Line.
You can leave delivery feedback after your order has been delivered.
When ordering food from a specific restaurant, contact the restaurant directly about ingredients and your allergy. If the restaurant is willing to accommodate your allergy/food intolerance, continue with order and place your allergy/food intolerance in the notes section so the restaurant is aware.
If you need to modify your order once payment has been taken, you can call the business directly to make changes to the order, call Jump The Line or submit another order via the website/app.
If you need to cancel your order, please call Jump The Line right away. Jump will be in contact with the business to cancel order and then we will work with you to refund your payment. Process may take up to 72hrs for refund.
A courier will be matched with your order once your order is almost complete. This process takes time and we thank you for your patience.
Checkout, Pricing and Payment
There is no minimum order required but you do pay a delivery fee per business ordered from.
Your courier receives 100% of the delivery fee and tip provided. We recommend that you tip 15% if you like the quality of our delivery services. Feel free though to tip as you see fit on the delivery service.
